NexAuto Solutions (Sint-Niklaas, Belgium) is responsible for the data you send through this website. We only collect what we need to handle your question or appointment, and we never sell personal data.
What we collect
- Booking: name, email, phone number, the service, date and time you choose, vehicle details (make, model, year) and your notes.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone number and subject, and your message.
- Reviews: name, rating, text, optional email, service and vehicle. To prevent abuse we also store the IP address the review was sent from.
- Vehicle check: if you enter a VIN, we send it to NHTSA’s free vPIC service (the US road safety agency) to look up make, model and year. We do not store the VIN.
Why, and on what basis
- To handle your appointment or question and contact you: needed for the service you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam: our legitimate interest.
- To publish your review: your consent, given in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who has access
Only NexAuto Solutions. The website and email run at our hosting provider, which stores the data for us only. We use no advertising or analytics services.
How long
We keep data for as long as needed for your appointment or question and for our legal and accounting obligations. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@nexautosolutions.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
